You Are:

As the Senior Sales Leader you will acquire new logos across multiple verticals including spanning UST digital transformation solutions. You have a proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels with the confidence in presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders. You are a hunter! Uncapped commission opportunity.

The Opportunity:

  • Drive revenue and market share in North America into several sectors in a land/expand manner.
  • Maintain a high level of financial services knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects with the domain leader.
  • Drive opportunities for UST to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes, and forecasted sales.
  • Provide forecasts on committed, best-case, and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with third-party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

You Will Need:

  • At least 10 years of experience.
  • Required current location: East Coast/U.S.
  • Bachelor s Degree or the equivalent experience.
  • Strong background and experience within the global delivery service model.
  • Start-up experience and growth mindset.
  • Track record in terms of meeting and/or beating quota for the majority of your sales career.
  • Stories and examples of times the candidate was able to unseat a competitor from their roost within a premium account.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and prospect pursuit leadership skills.
  • Experience providing thought leadership and thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to conceptualize, analyze, and create blueprints for business transformations and present solutions across multiple domains.
  • To be located in Illinois or an adjacent state

Bonus points if you have:

  • Knowledge of global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies and familiarity with cross-selling various IT service lines for customers
  • Currently residing in Chicago, IL

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: US, Remote

Compensation Range: $130,000-$197,000
