Job Title:Senior Project Manager - IT Global Project Management Office - HybridSummary:Lead cross-functional project teams and oversee the planning, strategy and execution of tasks to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects. The IT Project Manager independently leads a matrixed team through influence and coordination to achieve project objectives, keeps track of output and performance and looks for innovative solutions to problems that may arise. They also ensure teams adhere to the project management methodology and usethe right tools, processes and reporting principles.Responsibilities Include:
  • Plan, organize, and direct the completion of IT projects of medium and high complexity while ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and within scope
  • Develop, maintain, and revise plans for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, budget, and resources
  • Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, realign schedules and expectation as needed
  • Establish and implement project communication plans, provide status updates to affected staff and stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Track and manage technical delivery, organize cross-functional testing
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports, ensuring effective communication to stakeholders throughout the IT organization
  • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to define, prioritize and develop projects and programs
  • Analyze project data and provide metrics and reports to IT leadership that drive actions to improve our project management capabilities, consistent with industry best-practices
  • Support PMO operations by assisting in administration of the PPM tool, preparing reports and metrics to be presented to the IT leadership team, and carrying out improvement initiatives or supporting change management
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 10%Qualifications:The following are required for the role
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience working as an IT Project Manager, independently managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Skill in documenting and communicating complex concepts.
  • Outstanding organizational and administrative skills
  • High energy, independent and self-motivated
  • Oriented towards execution and solutions. Demonstrated ability to improve processes and to measure results.
  • Understanding of IT fundamentals and major technology platforms
  • Must have intermediate/advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
The following are preferred for this role.
  • Hands-on experience using & administering AdaptiveWork, or another PPM tool.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience in the Manufacturing industry
  • Experience with SAP

Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable.
