HEAVY CIVIL SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER | $215k - $240k | NYC | THIS IS NOT AN I.T ROLE
Manhattan based, as the Senior PM this role has been designed for someone to join leading a project to be groomed into an Area Director position.
Working mostly on MTA and some PANYNJ projects around the $70M - $130M range, this role would be an ideal step up for those operating at the PM level that feel they no longer have growth within their current organization.
Whilst an office is in the city, this role has a large area of responsibility so ideally you will be able to get to Queens, Brooklyn and occasionally Westchester.
Offering a package that includes bonuses, company 401k contribution, 3 weeks vacation + the chance to 'earn' more vacation when you have been involved in an exceptionally complex project or perhaps an early project completion target was hit.
The company is structured to build big work but purposefully hasn't adopted means and methods similar to the giant' firms, so expect a close knit, highly supportive team feel with rapid progression.
