central product group **Role/Responsibilities**

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple innovation projects, leveraging agile methodologies and ensuring a highly organised and transparent approach is taken to managing all innovation projects. The ability to work across a wide number of agile projects is vital from early -stage ideation through to commercialisation in a fail-fast and iterative environment. Responsibilities include:

* Management and oversight of the full suite of projects in development from ideation to POC to commercialisation

* Working with a growing team in a newly developed division to establish and refine ways of working

* Highly organised with the ability to provide transparency to a broad range of stakeholders on progress of broad range of projects

* Deep understanding of product development processes and innovation frameworks and the ability to apply the most relevant to the job at hand in a consistent and effective way

* Leverage a broad range of existing project management tools to track projects and provide timely updates to the business.

* Project management for both large & small projects or programs; with consideration of risk/mitigation, deliverables, along with the implementation of operational efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle. Support multiple squads and stakeholders with conflicting priorities.

* Projects/program are of broad scope, interdependent, high risk, high impact and within the innovation space and often leveraging emerging or evolving technologies

* Projects may also include external vendor products and resource that are on and offsite with inherent ambiguity which will require clarity

* Excellent ability to run project sessions on estimation, scope, planning, scheduling, etc. while providing broad and deep credibility plus lessons learned because of past experience. Proactively coach others in this capacity and disciplines. **Qualifications**

* Highly experienced project manager who has strong knowledge of agile and who preferably has experience in large corporations as well as startup or innovation environments

* Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.

* A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

* Excellent understanding and the ability to articulate the importance of the entire Project Lifecycle and the inherent responsibilities as a PM. Has demonstrated the ability to deliver large and complex projects from ideation to commercialisation

* Ability to excel in a multi-task, multi-manager, multi-team, complex environment.

* Drives and coaches team on professionalism and respect by consistently adhering to MA values.

* Ability to proactively create clarity where ambiguity exits by utilizing relationships.

* Highly dependable in supporting Management and influencing peers in cultural changes or deliverables.

* Ability to serve as a trusted advisor.
