As a Product Manager in the Blueprint Product Team, you are responsible for one of the top strategic priorities for the retail branch network. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you enable Field leaders to effectively manage our business to the right opportunities while serving the needs of our employees and local communities. You guide the successful launch of adaptive tools that retail leaders and One Chase partners can apply to the unique circumstances of their branches while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.You enjoy leading product innovation, driving value to your customers, guiding successful launches and exceeding expectations. You are strategic, analytical, and highly practical with a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Design & Customer Experience (DCE), Technology, and Data & Analytics (D&A) to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You have proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and you advocate as a key voice-of-the-Field through the development of prototypes, proof of concept sprints, and pilot programs leading to the launch of new features at scale.Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional ideation and experimentation process to identify the most effective and efficient ways to drive value to the business; oversee pilots, develop business cases, OKRs, and Roadmaps; track and evaluate Key Performance Indicators / Key Leading Indicators and financial results Provide thought leadership to deliver key insights, leading process across data analysis and finance teams to determine and clearly communicate data needs Effectively cultivate relationships with and influence senior management and work with the senior leadership team to assess needs and develop solutions Clearly communicate the strategic vision to key stakeholders and influence cross-functional partners (e.g., Finance, HR, Controls, etc.) to deliver results Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Lead agile software development lifecycle across engineering, design, and research teams to deliver new products and experiences to the Field (e.g., conduct customer research, gather and write business requirements, conduct end-to-end testing, launch pilots, support with defect management) Own feedback process across teams to gather, organize, and analyze feedback from Field Managers and other product partners on platform improvement opportunities (e.g., design thinking sessions, Field Manager focus groups, etc.)Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role - e.g., research and development, strategy, or product development Product management experience managing and improving processes, focused developing and implementing control measures working autonomously in a fast-paced environment leading multiple work streams end-to-end Strong ability to analyze opportunities and problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written) Ability to motivate business partners to build consensus, influence outcomes, and drive initiatives to completion Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels in a matrixed environment, ask thought-provoking questions, assess risks, and foresee implications Design Thinking and Agile Methodology experience, including use of agile project management tools - e.g., JIRAPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills BS/BA in an engineering or analytical field desired (e.g., business management, finance, economics). Highly competent with core MS Office applications Financial services experience with experience in retail banking preferred Decisive in the face of ambiguity, strong work ethic and the utmost attention to detail
