Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in healthcare, B2B, and SaaS environments to join our dynamic start-up client in the healthcare sector. This role is ideal for a creative and innovative designer who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is looking to make a significant impact in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design deliverables that meet business and user needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and user-friendly product designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, including UI components, style guides, and visual assets to ensure consistency across the product.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and workflows.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and changing project requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in healthcare, B2B, and SaaS products.
• Proven track record of designing complex systems and delivering impactful user experiences.

Candidates must be based in New York. The position will be remote initially, with hybrid work arrangements required in the future.

This is a temp-to-perm position, starting on a contract basis with the potential to transition to a permanent role.
