- 3+ years of experience in consumer-facing or B2B design
- Strength in visual, brand and product experiences

- Shape the vision of how Kalder will build innovative tools that authentically mesh with strong customer brand identities
- Work closely with technical product / engineering teams
- Lead a team of designers to translate platform workflows into delightful, intuitive designs
- Push the boundaries of your team s UX/UI/visual execution and explore divergent concepts
