Our client, is a well established boutique Management Consulting firm operating in both the United Kingdom and United States. They are seeking to add a new candidate to their most senior position available before equity, a Senior Principle Consultant.

What is the role?

The Senior Principal Consultant will typically be the Lead on a Programme/Account, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, generating new business opportunities outside of current clients and growing live strategic accounts organically. They must have strong business impact and, critically, the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at C-suite and above. They are highly intuitive and able to manage difficult political situations with diplomacy and sensitivity.

• Experience with business development in conjunction with the Client Partners
• Generated new leads as well as organic growth while delivering proposals
• Delivered complex Change Management programmes for clients
• Have Acted as the SME to manage end to end programme management
• Tailor an effective method for each client, using best practice & innovation
• Line Management Experience & supervision of junior teams
