Role: Senior People and Operations ManagerThe Senior People and Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of all People Operations, Communications and Talent Management activities within the organization.Why should you work here?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute succession planning tactics aimed at recognizing and nurturing high-potential employees for pivotal leadership positions.
  • Execute talent cultivation schemes encompassing mentoring, coaching, and training endeavors.
  • Collaborate with the Regional People team to devise and enact employee engagement tactics fostering a conducive work atmosphere, augmenting employee contentment, and bolstering retention. This involves conducting employee surveys, analyzing feedback, and enacting action plans to address concerns and uplift engagement levels.
  • Spearhead the performance management framework, inclusive of goal establishment, performance assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Introduce tools and systems to monitor and assess employee performance, contributing to performance enhancement endeavors.
  • Collaborate with Talent, Tech, Ops, and other stakeholders to refine onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and engaging induction experience for new hires. This involves coordinating orientation sessions, providing pertinent information, and facilitating integration into the organization.
  • Develop and uphold People team metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators and assess the efficacy of People initiatives. Utilize data-driven insights to pinpoint trends, patterns, and avenues for enhancing People operations.
  • Manage the People team budget in conjunction with the VP, People, including expense forecasting, expenditure monitoring, and optimizing resource allocation to attain team objectives.
  • Execute talent marketing strategies across diverse channels, encompassing social media, employer branding endeavors, and networking events.
  • Exert leadership influence and foster team engagement to ensure the delivery of necessary resources and support within the team.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in People Ops and/or Talent Management
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HRIS, Workday experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
