We are looking for a Senior Oracle Retail Engineer to join our team. This role will be based out of our Eden Prairie, MN office which operates in a hybrid work setting. (open to 100% remote)

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Works closely with business and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis, design, and configuration of quality technical solutions in an agile environment.

* Serve as IT System Matter Expert (SME) for the Oracle Retail Systems.

* Lead, influence technical design, develop, implement, and support Oracle Retail modules.

* Develop interface and conversion needs for data and processes to enhance existing systems.

* Design, Develop, test, and implement new capabilities and enhancements based on feedback from users.

* Work closely with the team to detect, diagnose and remediate production issues.

* Review technical work of other team members, ensuring adherence to IT standards.

* Collaborate with a broader technology organization to ensure solutions integrate with other architecture components and meet high technical quality standards.

* Thrive in a dynamic environment, are comfortable contributing fresh ideas, and welcome learning opportunities. Initiative, ownership, strong analytical and communication skills are important to success in the role.

* Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Scrum Meetings, and other Agile activities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* 5+ years of technical and functional experience in Oracle RMS projects.

* Demonstrated ability to lead and execute some of the following activities:

* Requirements Gathering

* Conceptual Design

* Technical Designs

* Conversion Approach/Design

* Custom Extension Design/Development

* Technical experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) v14 or above. Any additional experience in one or more modules listed below will be an added advantage. Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM) Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) Oracle Retail Integration Bus (RIB) Oracle Retail Trade Management (RTM).

* Knowledge of RIB architecture is a plus.

* Expert in Oracle PLSQL, Proc, UNIX shell scripting, Integration Bus and message services.

* Atomic or any other Job Scheduler experience is a plus.

* Good understanding of System Administration.
