Job Description

Denodo is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join the marketing team as an account-based marketing and nurture manager. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for planning, developing, and executing account-based marketing and nurture programs to drive pipeline generation and acceleration ensuring they meet sales and marketing goals and targets, are accomplished with excellence, and within budget through effective management of timelines, resources, and process.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Our candidate is a versatile player with skills that help execute the following responsibilities successfully:

  • Demonstrate a proven track record developing account-based experience (ABX) programs. You have designed and executed 1:1, 1: few, and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments. You have acquired new logos, expanded their footprint, increased wallet-share and driven cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with sales to develop an overall top account marketing strategy, including targeting and list acquisition for both prospects as well as customers.
  • Ensure account-based marketing activities line up with other demand generation activities and ultimately translate the strategy into execution, generating opportunities and pipeline for sales teams.
  • Leverage account-based data and technology to help our marketing and sales teams attract, engage, convert, and grow strategic accounts. Create segment lists using targeted selection criteria and provide them to field sales and business development reps and ensure they follow up with customers and prospects.
  • Pursue and nurture leads until qualified and assigned to a business development representative (BDR).
  • Develop and/or refine content (landing page, email, and ad copy) that are highly effective in generating click throughs and gaining a response.
  • Identify premium assets that can be leveraged or developed to use in the ABX campaigns.
  • Develop an execution plan with a detailed task list and track through completion using project management tools including assignment of tasks to others and following up with them to ensure that the tasks are completed on time.
  • Ensure leads are uploaded to the CRM system in a timely fashion and assigned to sales, followed up by sales development reps, and monitor lead conversion progress.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to develop the appropriate marketing metrics for these accounts, including visibility into marketing campaign results and effectiveness, including lead generation, opportunity creation, pipeline contribution, and ROI of our marketing efforts within the account; Track, optimize, and report event/program results.
  • Support sales development reps and field sales with marketing material as needed for outbound calling efforts and sales customer visits.
  • Other duties as assigned to support North America demand generation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • BA/ BS degree with minimum 5 years account-based marketing, marketing automation, and demand generation campaign experience in a B2B software company.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing account-based marketing and nurture campaigns to penetrate accounts, nurture leads, progress opportunities, and accelerate closing.
  • Competency in all areas of marketing including strategy, planning, sales enablement, thought leadership and demand generation.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and Demandbase (or similar) is required.
  • Experience with creating segmentation lists in Salesforce and Marketo to build prospect lists.
  • Ability to create/curate highly targeted content (landing page, email, and ad copy) and select premium assets for better conversion
  • Very analytical and data-driven with the ability to track and report on long-term and complex campaign performance metrics as well as revenue influence and ROI
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • A driver with minimal supervision requirements.
  • Team player and high attention to detail.
  • Quantitative skills with a penchant for driving and tracking superior results.
