POSITION: SENIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (Fully onsite position, not hybrid/remote)

YOUR ROLE
- Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
- Analyze existing processes to develop, implement and monitor measures to improve productivity/efficiency, quality, and safety
- Become a technical expert in plant engineering technologies to facilitate knowledge transfer and apply best practices
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions
- Participate in cross-functional engineering projects, to include industrial, mechanical, project based, processing, packaging, and continuous improvement engineering
- Part of the project teams for investments and support from a process perspective
- Responsible for collaborating/facilitating company product technologies on processing and packaging equipment
- Facilitate continuous improvement, lean, operational excellence within engineering
- Set up manufacturing processes with input from R & D, Reliability, Productions, etc.
- Provide process troubleshooting and optimization
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor s Degree or higher in Engineering
- 2-5 years as a Manufacturing Engineering within a progressive, high speed CPG Manufacturing plant
- 2-5+ years Industrial Engineering, Production & Manufacturing engineering within related high volume industrial manufacturing industry (Food, CPG, related)
- Strong background in Continuous improvement, Lean initiatives within manufacturing
- Track record of successfully managing mid to large scale projects
- Solid background in Process Engineering, R&D engineering, Quality, and Industrial Eng.
- Prefer experience out of a Fortune 500 CPG Mfg company (Unilever, P&G, J&J, Nestle, etc)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must have green card or US Citizen
- Must be willing to work full time onsite at the plant location
