New York, NY / US Remote

**About the Role**:

Reporting to the Operations Director, Customization, you will oversee the delivery of a broad range of events and client projects within the organization. You will be accountable for ensuring all our client projects run smoothly and deliver to plan, managing the performance of services to

clients as per agreed contract and ensuring that service levels are achieved. You will be responsible for enabling the Service Delivery team to deliver value by removing obstacles and blockers and creating the right environment for them to succeed, self organize and continuously improve. **Responsibilities** :

* Planning, monitoring and proactively managing the portfolio of client projects, implementing best practice and best in class toolsets

* Line managing the Service Delivery team, ensuring that the team collaborates, communicates and focuses on priorities

* Ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed

* Managing and planning resources effectively to ensure projects are appropriately resourced

* Planning at both a strategic and project-based level and will be required to get into the detail on projects to make things happen when needed

* Overseeing pre-sales activities from a delivery perspective, ensuring that client commitments are deliverable

* Running of weekly project status meetings, making sure they are on track, on time and on budget

* Initiating client workshops, internal reviews, demo sessions and retrospective meetings as needed

* Controlling, managing and monitoring budgets across all client projects, reporting variances and re-forecasting where necessary

* Working with key stakeholders to identify the projects that are taken on by considering CreateMes mission, vision and values

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

* 5-7 Years experience in a Service Delivery Manager role or similar

* Familiar with automated tools to assist in the project management process, by automating mechanical tasks such as scheduling, resource balancing, and time recording

* Experience in methods and techniques associated with planning and monitoring progress of projects. Examples: product / work breakdown structures, baselining, critical path analysis, resource analysis, conflict resolution, planning tools, quality management techniques, risk & issue management methods

* Proficient in preparing and presenting business cases, requests for proposal (RFP) and statements of work both orally and in writing

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills

* Proactive and self-confident, adaptable and able to cope with ambiguity, changing and evolving priorities whilst being able to identify new opportunities
