Job Description:
JOB TITLE: Senior Manager, Human Resources REPORTS TO: Director, Human ResourcesJOB PURPOSE: Based in our New York City Office, the Senior Manager, Human Resources performs a wide variety of duties throughout the employee lifecycle ensuring that all is handled confidentiality with tact, professionalism, and maturity. This individual should have strong interpersonal skills coupled with strong initiative, independent judgement and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. This role will work closely with Retail and Corporate partners, and leadership team. RESPONSIBILITIES: EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:
  • Responsible for leading Employee Relations topics and investigations, using effective interviewing and documentation techniques.
  • Responsible for communicating regularly regarding pending investigations and provide timely investigation reports with supporting documentation for all completed investigations.
  • Partner with Legal team and Asset Protection team in conducting investigations and HR leaders to provide advice and facilitate prompt and effective resolution of workplace matters.
  • Analyze employee relations trends with HR Leaders and help develop proactive strategies, solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Develop effective relationships with HR Leaders to promote positive employee relations throughout the organization to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Report employee relations cases in the internal employee relations tracker.
TALENT ACQUISITION:
  • Handle full cycle recruitment for Corporate roles in relevant client groups
  • Identify, interview and pipeline strong talent to join Dior
  • Ensure a qualitative recruitment validation process
  • Schedule and conduct virtual and in person interviews, coordinate additional interview schedules as needed, conduct reference checks, extend offers and follow-up with candidates
OTHER HR GENERALIST RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Review processes and policies and make proposals for improvement as necessary
  • Proactively drive recruitment, talent development, retention and succession planning for corporate and retail teams
  • Support Organization Management Review - OMR and career mobility processes
  • Support ICR and RISE processes in partnership with Director, Human Resources - US
  • Streamline processes for efficiency ensure accurate results
  • Collaborate with Director, Human Resources US as well as LVMH HR Business Partners to ensure best practices
  • Partner with HR Controlling team in staff cost budget planning

REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
  • Occasional travel may be required

The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
