We are one of New York's most successful and high - profile plaintiff's personal injury/labor law firms. During the pandemic, we did not survive, we thrived and are now expanding our operations and seeking new Senior Associate Attorneys to join our growing team. The perfect candidate has at least 8 plus years experience in plaintiffs' personal injury/labor law 200,240,241.

EXCELLENT SALARY, $150,000.00-$225,000.00

COMMISSION BONUSES ON NET SETTLEMENTS: Most of the firm s cases are in the high 6 figures to 8 figure cases, i.e. 500k to $10 million dollar plus cases. Depending on your performance and your litigation and settlement abilities, commissions on net settlement and mediation bonuses can possibly reach into the high six figures. Several of our attorneys here have successfully achieved this over time. We invite you to talk to them about it.

The firm has a history of achieving some of the highest verdicts and settlements in New York as well as handling high-profile cases featured in the media.

The firm has countless 7 and 8 figure cases. We need motivated attorneys with a strong work ethic to litigate these cases and join our team. We will mentor and help you to develop and hone your litigation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handling the litigation of a caseload from inception to trial.
• Trial and/or settlement experience is a plus.
• Engaging in court, deposition, and motion appearances in NY.
• Mentor Junior Associates.

Requirements:

• Must have 8 plus years of personal injury experience in New-York
• Admitted to practice in New-York

In addition, to a very competitive salary we offer the ability to make substantial percentage bonuses based upon settlements, awards and performance-based bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $150,000.00 - $225,000 per year commissions on net settlements, possibility of bonuses on mediation presentations as well as generous meritorious bonuses.
