Job Description:

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

The DnA Technology Administration Senior Analyst is responsible for the administration of DnA technology infrastructure necessary to support the data and analytics strategy. Facilitates joint discussions with Technology Owners, EITS and Vendors for consistent outcomes. This role will ensure the most relevant data technologies are operating properly according to published operating procedures and service level agreements.

Objectives and responsibilities will include:

• Installation & Configuration of System Requirements
• Adding and monitoring site users, cleaning up and arranging data sources, upgrading software when necessary
• Develop, implement and monitor all DnA application server batch jobs
• Resolve customer issues with software solutions and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
• Facilitate collaboration with business users and IT to define current and future application requirements
• Establish and administer all monitoring needs for DnA Technology infrastructure to assist in performance tuning and incident management
• Monitor servers and utilization logs to assist in performance tuning of the applications and server environments
• Oversee and apply maintenance releases, upgrades, and hot fixes as needed
• Work with different application teams to improve deployed practices.
• Experience in technical infrastructure support and management, including installation of software and maintaining/enhancing a server environment for end-users
• Experience creating scripts to automate administration tasks, schedules, and deployment activities.
• Assign permissions for users, create groups as required for DnA visualization products

Minimum Qualifications:

1. A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Telecommunications, Data Communications, or a related field of study; and

2. Five (5) years of progressive, responsible experience in the field of data processing, computer systems and applications.

Operations Specialty requires supervisory experience (5 years).

Network Services requires a telecommunications background and experience.

3. Broad knowledge and expertise in the characteristics of computers, peripheral devices, communications systems and hardware capabilities, programming languages, E.D.P. applications, systems analysis methodology, data management and retrieval techniques; or

4. A satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
