Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at Apple Valley, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT scans on patients as required by physicians.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain and calibrate CT equipment as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Keep accurate records and maintain confidentiality according to hospital and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Upon hire, you must have:
- California Radiologic Technologist certification.
- National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- National Registered Technologist - Radiography certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Within 1 year of hire, you must obtain:
- National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
