KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform analysis on month, quarter, and YTD performance for our Monthly Performance Reviews, including (not exhaustive):
  • Variances vs. budget and last year.
  • Price, Volume, Mix, and Cost analytics.
  • Trend / run-rate analyses.
  • Compile P&L forecasts (topline and bottom line) by partnering with key leaders of the business.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, including a detailed P&L buildout (at the account- and department-level).
  • Act as the financial business partner to the Business Unit President and his Leadership Team.
  • Identify key risks & opportunities, and work with Business Unit President to take necessary actions.
  • Track & Monitor key actions implemented by the business.
  • Partner with the Accounting team on month-end close activities to ensure accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of FP&A experience; prior experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or other areas of Corporate Finance is an added benefit, but not required.
  • Prior experience in data analysis and forecasting.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • High level of ambition and prior track record of success.
  • Bias for action and a can do attitude.
  • Detail oriented.
