Our commitment is to assist our customers in achieving leading positions in their respective industries.Why join us?Great pay + benefits!Stable work environmentOpportunity for growthJob DetailsResponsibilities:Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of branch revenue, profitability, and expensesEvaluate cost structures to identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimizationDevelop financial models to support decision-making processesIdentify areas for growth and efficiency improvementCollaborate with branch managers to establish budgets and forecastsPerform variance analysis by comparing actuals to budgeted targetsPrepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statementsDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor branch performanceCreate financial analysis templates and reportsCollaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goalsAssist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs)Requirements:Strong multitasking abilities and ability to meet deadlinesExperience with mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations preferredPrior reporting experience with Private Equity backed and/or public companies desirableBachelor s degree in finance, accounting, or related quantitative fieldMinimum of 5 years of highly analytical professional experience, with FP&A experience preferredProficiency in detailed Excel modelingExpertise in Power BISolid understanding of financial reporting, balance sheets, cash flow, and profit and loss (P&L) statementsInterested in hearing more?
