Position Overview:

As the Senior Events Marketing Manager at Hatch, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing our presence at various events throughout the US. You will attend 18-30 events per year, and play a pivotal role in driving sales opportunities, fostering relationships, and maximizing revenue generated from these events. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a trade show environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning and Execution:

- Identify and research customers, to determine the appropriate industry events to participate in.

- Develop and execute comprehensive trade show strategies, including booth design, collateral materials, and promotional activities.

- Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, staffing, and post-event evaluations.

2. Sales Performance:

- Set and achieve sales goals and revenue targets for each trade show.

- Engage with potential clients, generate leads, and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of Hatch.

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.

3. Relationship Building:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and prospects at trade shows.

- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to enhance brand visibility and create a positive presence at events.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

- Track and analyze the success of trade show participation, providing regular reports on key metrics, lead generation, and ROI.

- Implement continuous improvements based on post-event evaluations and feedback.

Qualifications:

- 4-6 years as an Event Marketing Manager

- Strong understanding of trade show dynamics, lead generation, and sales strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
