We encourage developing and attracting expertise that differentiates us as a company as we continue to raise the bar.Job SummaryThe Senior Digital Strategy Manager will liaise between Compass Digital (CD) and Executive level operators within the Restaurant Associates (RA) sector. This position is also responsible to manage Digital Strategy Managers within the business line, ensuring that the team performance, growth, and management meets or exceeds expectations.This is a two-way communications path not only taking current Compass Digital strategies to the above parties but feeding back requirements from clients and the business to the appropriate CD teams. Job ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive high-level digital strategy for RAAct as an advocate for the business divisions using existing technological resources and solutions to improve the operational efficiencies and enhance daily activities Provide thought leadership and act as the RA digital expertParticipate in the new business sales and retention engagement process (e.g., RFP responses, presentations, demonstrations)Identify and leverage data to evolve existing or define new strategiesIncorporate best digital practices from the hospitality and other customer-facing industriesLead governance meetings with the RA executive team, inclusive of digital strategy overview, success metrics, and key opportunities for growth Professionally represent Compass Digital, customers and potential customers, in accordance with Company policies and proceduresDevelop and maintain strong relationships with RA executive team and regional VPs, inclusive of occasional site visitsLead and participate in technology summits for operations and clientsParticipate in and support quarterly business reviews for RA clientsCollaborate with internal CD teams (e.g., product, design, data, marketing) to enhance core CD platforms and their respective rollouts to RA client locationsHelp refine internal CD processes via unique knowledge of the RA business and accompanying requirements Identify and hire new candidatesOnboard and oversee training of Digital Strategy ManagersManage and teach direct reports to align with development strategyEnsure team inclusion for key decision pointsJob Qualifications5+ years related experience in operations and/or digital strategyPresence in the NYC metro areaProven success in digital marketing strategy experience strongly preferredFood service or hospitality industry experience is a plusBachelor's degree is strongly preferredMust be service-oriented with strong organizational skillsMust have strong customer relationship and presentation skillsStrong project management and problem solving skills requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOperational knowledge a benefitTravel (approximately 30%) required as business needs arise Apply to Compass Group todayClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
