One of our dynamic top ranked Vault 10 firm is seeking experienced Trademark Prosecution Lawyer with at least five (5) years experience. Duties will include trademark clearance, drafting and filing trademark applications in the US, dealing with office actions, third party enforcement and conflicts (pre-litigation) and overall portfolio advice. The job will also involve supervising and working with foreign counsel on applications and clearance issues outside the US. The ability to be a self-starting manager and ability to communicate orally and in writing with clients is essential, and the ability to work with trademark prosecution paralegals is required.
