Come elevate our performance marketing game!Key Responsibilities: Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS) and identify areas for optimizationDevelop and implement data-driven performance marketing campaigns across Google Ad Tech (DV360, SA360, CM360), app stores, and social media platformsUtilize A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve landing pages, ad copy, creative assets, and audience targetingLeverage expertise in attribution, SKAN, tracking tags, and deep linking to enhance campaign measurement and reportingImprove our data health through data audits and reviewsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, analytics) to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing objectivesManage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to optimize campaign execution and drive business resultsGenerate comprehensive reports and presentations to effectively communicate campaign performance insights to stakeholdersMaintain a strong understanding of bidding algorithms, audience targeting strategies, and various ad platformsPossess the ability to export and analyze performance data for audience and creative insightsDemonstrate proficiency in querying BigQuery to leverage big data for campaign optimizationStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketingExperience and Background: Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid media campaignsBachelor's degree in a related fieldStrong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, Looker, and/or Power BI (a plus) with SQL capabilitiesProficient experience with Google Analytics, DV360, CM360, or SA360 platformsProven track record of trafficking, managing, and optimizing display and/or search campaignsUnderstanding of attribution models, SKAN data, and campaign measurement best practicesHands-on experience with ad trafficking, campaign optimization, and performance analysisAbility to develop and implement optimization strategies based on data insightsStrong work ethicCurious and open mindHands-on approach and being results drivenAbout us:We are a multinational company with offices in the US (New York and Los Angeles), Germany (Berlin), and the UK (London)We provide a flexible work culture that offers the opportunity to collaborate and connect in person at our offices as well as accommodating work from homeWe are deeply committed to ensuring diversity, equity and inclusion at all levels of our organization and fostering a community where everyone's voice, perspective and experience is respected and heardWe believe a strong team is made by investing in employees through mentorship, workshops and enrichment opportunitiesBenefits:Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as mental health resourcesRobust 401k programEmployee Stock Ownership PlanGenerous professional development allowanceInterested in a gym membership, photography course or book?
