Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Intelletec has partnered with a leading small business lender seeking a Sr Accounting Manager. This integral role will manage a staff of 5.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Finance and Accounting functions through financial modeling and strategic planning
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior management and PE sponsors
- Own day to day financial and treasury operations, including management of multiple senior credit facilities (warehouse, securitization), cash flow and liquidity optimization, and long term planning to ensure expected asset growth is fully funded
- Lead the month-end close process ensuring timely review with COO and submission to PE sponsors
- Provide analysis of complex data and support COO and CEO in all capital markets transactions, (including securitization), subordinated debt, syndication/participation funds, acquisition financing, and equity sale.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Accounting / Finance.
- Small business lending/ fintech / capital markets and/or public accounting experience required
- Familiarity with a variety of capital markets processes, including high level of fluency with the concepts and mechanics of asset-based borrowing facilities
- Successful experience leading and mentoring a team
- Self-starter and independently motivated
- Small business lending experience preferred
