JCW has partnered with a boutique insurance agency in New Hartford, NY to find a Strategic Client Manager to join the team and focus on employee benefits insurance. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the face of the company to the client (around 80% externally facing)
• Work cross-functionally to deliver a pristine customer experience.
• Focus on relationship development, and retention, and negotiate when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in insurance servicing or underwriting capacities.
• Ability to travel to clients throughout the region.
• Attain and maintain applicable NYS licenses.
