The Infrastructure Defense and SEM Service Manager is responsible for designing and driving large scale complex projects to meet client, IS, and regulatory requirements and needs to work closely with different IS sector champions to achieve targeted goals. The primarily responsibility for this role is to serve as the key contact for managing relationships with the TICM Technical Infrastructure Change Management team, interfacing with Splunk Application Support and Engineering teams on Splunk related services and content, in addition to driving tactical and strategic requests.
The Cyber Security Services organization is responsible for the engineering and management of critical security infrastructure, security services, and monitoring across the enterprise on a global level. This includes the 24/7 management of security products and infrastructure components across domains including Host Operations and Segmentation Services, Security Analytics Technology Operations, Infrastructure Defense, Vulnerability Assessments, and Cloud Security. Additionally, the Security Operations Center, Cyber Security Fusion Center, and Cyber Security Innovation Center deliver comprehensive planning, monitoring, and operations solutions to identify, analyze, and respond to threats targeting Citi.
The Infrastructure Defense and SEM Service Manager is responsible for designing and driving large scale complex projects to meet client, IS, and regulatory requirements and needs to work closely with different IS sector champions to achieve targeted goals.
**Responsibilities :**
Service Management : Serve as the central point of contact for Citi business sectors, engineering and fraud to engage the Security Operations Center. Assist in strategic planning, client/business interactions and escalations, technology implementations and migrations, issue resolutions, incident/problem management representation.
Client and Technology On-boarding : Oversee the end to end life cycle of technology implementation and client on-boarding onto new and existing security or threat / fraud monitoring solutions
Project Management: Design and drive large, complex projects to meet client, IS, threat and regulatory requirements.
Process Management: Responsible for the engineering/re-engineering and oversight of operational and business processes and documentation while developing measurement and improvement processes to continuously drive service maturity.
Risk, Controls and Compliance : Serve as representative to internal audit, external auditors and regulatory examiners on behalf of the area as well as responsible for oversight of the internal control environment.
**Qualifications :**
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
* 6+ years of relevant experience
* Experience in a Business Analysis, Technology Operations, Client Management and/or Project Management role is required
* Working knowledge of cybersecurity & network principles and elements.
* 3+ years of relevant experience in the following Information Security (IS) technology frameworks is required (certifications are a plus): ITIL Service Management and/or COBIT Frameworks, risk management, network security products, and common architectures that deliver high performance and resilient solutions.
* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
* Proven influencing and relationship management skills
* Proven analytical skills
