Job Title: Security Officer - Full Time & Part Time Positions

Location: Riverhead, NY

Environment: Medical Facility & Retail

Pay Rates Vary by Site: $15-$16.50 / hourly

Shift & Hours: Full Time (30-40/hpw) & Part Time - Mornings, Afternoons, Overnights

• Officers are paid Weekly
• Access to schedules and pay check via mobile app.

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
• Respond in a timely fashion to critical situations
• Ability to read and write detailed reports
• Ability to deescalate potential conflicts
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
• Maintain security presence to enforce a safe environment

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• At least 21 years of age or older to drive a company vehicle
• Drivers License w/ clean Motor Vehicle Record preferred not required
• Must be willing to obtain CPR Certification within one month of employment.
• Customer Service Experience Preferred
• Experience in the Medical Field Preferred, but not required
• Receptionist or Administrative Assistant experience preferred but not required.

General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:

• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Pass an extensive screening process
