Job Title: Security Officer - Access Control

Location: Brentwood, NY

Environment: Temporary Housing Facility, Retail, Corporate, etc.

Pay Rate: $14.25 - $17.00/hrly

Shift & Hours: All shifts - Full time, Part Time & Flex positions available

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
• Respond in a timely fashion to critical situations
• Ability to read and write detailed reports
• Ability to deescalate potential conflicts
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
• Maintain security presence to enforce a safe environment

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• At least 21 years of age to Operate Motor Vehicle with Valid Drivers License & Clean Motor Vehicle Record preferred not required
• Must be willing to obtain CPR Certification within one month of employment.
• Customer Service Experience Preferred

General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:

• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Pass an extensive screening process
