Brief DescriptionThe Seafood Fish Cutter is responsible to use hand or hand tools to perform routine cutting and trimming of seafood.Note: The hourly range for this role is from $17.25 to $17.25. Specific compensation for the role may vary based on many factors including but not limited to candidate experience, and skills.Responsibilities and Working Conditions:

Cut, trim, scrape and boat various cuts of fish]

Processing (Slicing packing + labeling)

QA raw and finished materials

Safe Food Practices specific to department

Pick food products and pack in boats, totes and boxes

Scan labels on packages, load packaging machines with boats, and label packages with printed labels

Spot check packages emerging from machinery for correct labeling

Assist in shut down procedures

Apply knowledge of processes involved, production methods, and products to everyday operation

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

In a workday: standing/walking 6-10 hours or more

Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling

Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching

Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals, loud noises, flashing lights

Constant exposure to temperatures:
