Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Scientist to join our Immuno-Oncology team. Despite decades of progress, cancer remains one of the world's most serious health problems. We believe we can help cancer patients most in need of therapy with the benefits of immunotherapy. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-vitro experiments for studies of liver and colorectal cancer, collaborating closely with the Immuno-Oncology team.

As a Scientist, a typical day may include:

* Organizing the study, implanting tumors, dosing the animals, and measuring tumor growth

* Using a variety of assays including flow cytometry, Western blot, IHC, RNAscope, immunofluorescence, etc.

* Troubleshooting and adapting the experimental design based on emerging data

* Maintaining mammalian cell lines and 3D cell culture

This role may be for you if:

* You have excellent oral and written communication skills

* You are a strong team member with a demonstrated ability to work independently to optimize experiments, interpret data, troubleshoot, and suggest next steps

* You have excellent attention to detail and can be flexible with changing priorities

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a BS/MS with 6+ years of relevant experience in the area of oncology, immunology, immuno-oncology or related field. Sterile technique/mammalian cell culture and experience handling mice is required. Experience with viral transfection, Western blot, cell-based assays, and flow cytometry preferred.

Salary Range (annually)

$90,700.00 - $148,100.00
