- This position is a functional support role for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The selected person will concentrate support efforts for Employee Central user issues, data cleansing, and Employee Central reporting.
- This role will likely include the following duties:
- Work directly with Reporting Team to troubleshoot issues with reports and determine data discrepancies.
- Determine approaches and execute data cleansing activities with other functional resources.
- ssist functional team with troubleshooting complex issues.
- Meet with stakeholders to document system and reporting requirements.
- Configure, test resolutions for defects, and document findings in the tracking system.
- Work directly with end users to resolve transaction issues.
- Work with functionalities to define approaches for mass updates and validate load files.
- Review and update training materials.
- Perform knowledge transfer to others.
- Work with the Employee Central Team on all other related activities.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience in the following areas is required:
- Functional knowledge of HR Strong organization skills Detail oriented.
- Excellent communications skills diplomatic, persuasive, respectful, understandable/clear.
Preferred/Not Required:
- Experience in the following areas preferred:
- Configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Modules Writing test scripts
- nalyzing data.
- Experience writing system and end-user documentation.
