**OUR EXPECTATIONS**

The Sandwich Team Member prepares sandwiches, salads and sauces

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads.

* Being a team player assist and support in all areas of restaurant when needed

* Makes dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries.

* Ensures sandwich display is presentable for internal and external customers

* Completes various reports for records such as; production, usage and waste

* Order product and materials, as necessary

* Maintains daily par levels and restocks station orders set up orders

* Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items

* Informs supervisor when equipment is not working properly and when food supplies are getting low.

* Bi-monthly and monthly inventory assessment.

* Clean and sanitizes refrigerator, freezer and storage; work areas (counters/floors), equipment, containers, utensils and dishes.

* Receive, stock and store food in designated containers and storage areas in an organized manner.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Must have effective verbal and written communications skills

* Provide good customer service, internally or externally

* Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

* Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife handling.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent or some College preferred

* 1+ years relevant experience
