**The opportunity:**
This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Studio Manager to execute and represent Samsungs needs in the market through our Galaxy Studio in Albany. You will be assisting in managing operations, sales, service activities and staff within a Galaxy Studio.
**We are ideally looking for someone who has:**
A passion for technology and gadgets, loves working with people, solving problems, providing great service and wants to work in a vibrant, innovative and rewarding environment then this is the role for you!
You will need to be flexible to work weekdays, late nights and weekends (retail trading hours within the mall).
* Have excellent attention to detail, diligent task tracking and meeting commitments by delivering all key requirements by the agreed timeframe.
* Must be excellent face to face and telephone communicator.
* Stand-out customer service skills
* Have the ability to build positive relationships quickly
* Be confident with approaching customers to sell and recommend products
* Shows respect for others, maturity and is prepared to work extended hours if required.
