Mens and Boys fashion apparel company seeking a SALES REPRESENTATIVE to fulfill a position dealing with multiple US retail chains in several divisions.
Responsibilities
Reach out and communicate with apparel buyers from various retail store chains, maintain a showroom of samples by style number and manage inventory for the same, understand stock deliveries and inventory position at any given point and email and follow up with customers to increase sales, make and handle in-office and virtual appointments to present merchandise to customers.
Qualifications
College degree required.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly skilled in email management and Excel, great organizational skills and follow up abilities to maintain a proper customer portfolio.
Must possess previous experience in the wholesale world dealing with National Chains.
Direct Sales previous exposure highly recommended.
Passion for fashion and store shopping, analyzing new trends and understanding the end-customer desires.
Located in Midtown Manhattan
Very competitive base Salary + Sales scaled commission plan
