The Opportunity

Reporting to the Salesforce Development Manager, the Salesforce Admin/Developer designs and implements the Company's software and underlying data technologies. The Salesforce Admin/Developer will assume the technical developer role for projects and maintenance with the latest technology platforms, analyze requirements, propose software designs, and provide support to the Salesforce Development Manager. The Salesforce Admin/Developer will set the standards for design and development of software at Symphony Wireless.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze the needs of the user.
  • Build and modify high-performance APIs and programs.
  • Design, test, and develop the software to meet those needs.
  • Recommend upgrades for existing systems and programs.
  • Develop separate elements of software that work well in the program as a whole.
  • Create various diagrams, flowcharts, and models that illustrate the type of code needed for programmers.
  • Ensure continued functionality of a program during maintenance and testing of software.
  • Document each aspect of a system or application as a reference for future upgrades and maintenance.
  • Revisit the development process to fix bugs or address client or consumer concerns.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise with backend programming languages Apex and JavaScript are required, HTML and CSS would be a plus.
  • Expertise with Salesforce and Lightning Web Development tools is required.
  • Expertise with any flavor of SQL and SQL integrations is a plus.
  • Confidence using git as part of your daily workflow.
  • Familiarity with Docker (or other container systems)
