We are committed to manufacturing excellence and support several manufacturing education initiatives throughout New York's Capital Region.NSH USA is a member of the NSH Group (Niles-Simmons-Hegenscheidt), an international leader in machine tool innovation based in Chemnitz and Erkelenz, Germany.JOB SUMMARY:The Sales Specialist Machine Parts will work and coordinate directly with the Customer Service Center and will interact with customers and coworkers to increase/maintain Customer Service Center revenue.Essential Functions:Locating parts on bills of materialsLocating parts on mechanical and electrical drawingsProcessing quotes and ordersOrder follow-upProposalsCustomer supportMaintaining organized filesResponding to telephone inquiries from vendors and colleaguesHandling account receivable issuesAssist with parts sales across all product linesAssist Engineering with development of recommended spare parts listsOn a case by case basis assist customers and service technicians with technical support issues.Travel will be required based on sales needs but not expected to be more than 25%.Other duties as required by the Customer Service Center.Additional Responsibilities:This description reflects the principal functions of the job for the purpose of job evaluation.
