**Job Skills / Requirements**
The main responsibilities of a Sales Representative at Imperial Cleaning revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with potential clients, and persuade others to purchase our various cleaning services. Duties in this position, include:
* Be knowledgeable about the product and services offered
* Research and source prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
* Contact new to discuss needs
* Emphasize the benefits of a professional cleaning service and highlight features that make us stand apart from the competition.
* Answer questions about the products and services
* Intelligently discuss prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
* Collaborate with colleagues and identify new opportunities in many different sectors
* Maintain contact lists and follow up with prospects and customers to continue relationships
As a Sales Representative at Imperial Cleaning, you will build relationships with buyers and administrators in a wide variety of businesses to sell our services. You will contact customers, pitch, and explain what we do and why it is important for prospects to use a professional cleaner for a safe, healthy, and clean environment. You will negotiate the sale price and provide any requested information or answers to questions that a customer might pose regarding our services. Your primary responsibility is to get the prospect to agree to an on-site walkthrough of their facility so we can develop and submit a proposal.
