**The Position:**

Were looking for a Westchester-based real estate Sales Manager to help grow our agent team and partner with them to grow their businesses! As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting agents, creating business plans, leading regular sales meetings, creating and conducting relevant and timely training sessions, and overseeing adoptions of Triplemints agent systems and best practices. We are looking for a Westchester real estate guru who is knowledgeable, passionate, diligent, and well-respected within the industry.

**What You'll Do:**

* Recruit and hire agents

* Oversee local agent onboarding with the support of the Westchester Operations Manager

* Design and conduct regular training sessions around converting inbound leads, building an agents book of business, and becoming local neighborhood and market experts

* Oversee adoption of Triplemint systems and processes

* Meet regularly with each local agent to conduct pipeline reviews and administer business coaching

* Support agents through their sales and rental transactions

* Work with executive leadership to establish goals and priorities for office

* Participate in regular update and planning meetings with peers and company leadership

* Plan and lead weekly sales and staff meetings

* Stay up to date with market and industry trends, as well as local real estate regulations

* Ensure agents are working ethically and protect Triplemints liability and reputation

* Help keep the company in compliance with local and state real estate laws, rules & regulations

* Help facilitate required continuing education opportunities for agents

* Approve commission reductions and exclusive agreement changes

* Approve team agreements and mediate team disputes

* Stay abreast of MLS policies and procedures and settle cobroke disputes

* Coordinate with listings department to ensure local listing data is accurate

* Recommend and negotiate ICA terms for agents renewal agreements

**Who You Are:**

* 10+ years in local real estate with 2+ leading a real estate team or office

* Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and problem-solve with minimal supervision

* Real passion for serving agents trying to grow their businesses

* The ability to establish credibility with key agent decision makers and influencers

* Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; extraordinary listening skills

* Strong problem solving skills; quickly formulates solutions that deliver real business value

* Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and problem solve
