**Job Summary**

In partnership with the sales leadership, the Regional Group Manager role is to maximize profitability by focusing efforts on retaining and growing the in-force book of business. The Regional Group Manager will lead activities aimed at deepening relationships with customers and brokers in order to yield improved persistency, expansion of new products, and engagement of re-enrollment programs.

* Enhance relationships with managers, reps, underwriting and brokers.

* Proactively work with managers and reps monthly to plan out upcoming renewals, adding lines of coverage and re-enrollment strategies to attain divisional, Regional Group Office, and individual objectives.

* Serve as the primary point person after business is implemented for brokers and policyholders.

* Active involvement in new business implementation.

* Assist managers and reps on large case presentations.

* Schedule monthly touch points with strategic home office personnel in operations and underwriting to help identify patterns, areas for improvement, and to find ways to provide better experiences for our brokers and their clients.

* Quarterly review with team to re-establish Top 10 broker partners/targets and clients.

* Conduct on-site visits to each of Top 10 broker partners and targets on a quarterly basis.

**Job Requirements**

Required Education and/or Certifications

* Associates Degree or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

* Life and Health license

Recommended Education and/or Certifications

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

* Bachelors degree or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Required Work Experience

* 2 years of service related or sales experience in Employee Benefits

* Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

The selected candidate will be expected to temporarily work remotely for an unspecified period of time as determined in OneAmericas sole discretion. When normal business operations resume, the selected candidate will be expected to physically return to work in the office located in Chicago, IL.
