Honeywell Intelligrateds outcome-basedsales approach identifies customer demands before they become challenges. This person serves as the champion for the customer within Honeywell, driving to identify customer needs and match Honeywell solutions leading to year-over-year revenue and profitability growth.

Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers growing Honeywell Intelligrated small business. You will build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate solutions. You will define sales strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers utilizing product knowledge and delivering the value proposition to the customers.

In addition to this, you will coach 1-2 Solution Engineers who will matrix to you in authority. Your team will take on responsibilities for our SMB opportunities. To this end you will take on SMB opportunity-specific coaching for the entire team.

**Leadership Responsibilities**

* Develop and drive SMB growth strategy across WEST Region Account Management team.

* Exceed Regional financial results, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.

* Forecast short-range-outlook and demand planning.

* Contribute to a culture of ownership and accountability.

* Manage a team of Account Managers in achievement of regional SMB quota.

* Coach on targeted product value propositions.

* Deliver results to Sr. Commercial Lead and in coordination with their regional strategy.

**Account Management Responsibilities**

* Overdrive on assigned individual new equipment and LSS sales quotas.

* Deliver on account plan to achieve year-over-year growth.

* Negotiate and close.

* Expand BTI pipeline (Software, Robotics, and Storage).

* Establish trusted advisor partnerships with key accounts.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

* Bachelor's degree

* 2+ years of selling experience

**WE VALUE**

* Warehouse Automation experience

* Experience in a Sales/Account Management related field

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

* Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
