Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of our sales department. Your keen understanding of the cosmetics industry, combined with your leadership skills, will be instrumental in propelling our brand to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead a team of sales representatives, ensuring that they are motivated, trained, and delivering on their sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand their needs and ensure they are being met.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest trends in the cosmetics industry, identify emerging markets, and understand our competitors.
  • Budget Management: Ensure sales activities align with the set budget. Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
  • Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of our product range and provide feedback to the product development team based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and integrated brand perception.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Master s preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
