**About the Team:**

The Retail team plays a critical role in growing the Harrys brand and providing exceptional experiences to our end customers, through deep strategic relationships with our retail partners. The Retail team is responsible for all customer development activities at each customer, cultivating strong relationships across all functions merchandising, marketing, operations and in store execution. The Retail team will continue to play a key role in enabling Harrys to expand intonew mens personal care categories, by channeling insights from partners into innovation efforts, understanding how to position the brand to end customers in complex environments and driving the roll out of new product lines.

**About the Role:**

The Sales Manager will play a critical role in cultivating meaningful relationships, both internal and external, to unlock new financial opportunities. This customer-facing position will be responsible for managing our Drug Channel partnerships, developing thoughtful strategies to take our business to the next level. Additionally, this position will play an important role in navigating complex project plans and developing new brand opportunities in conjunction with Sales Strategy, our Brand Teams, Shopper Marketing, and other XF teams.

**What you will accomplish:**

* Lead customer development activity for Walgreens and CVS by building strategic relationships with the merchant teams across multiple categories that help us deliver on revenue and profit goals for the channel

* Develop sales presentations for core businesses, including our Annual Planning process and all line review and merchandising negotiations

* Manage internal relationships and broker partners, independently owning weekly agendas and next steps to support the needs of the channel

* Project captain internal cross-functional initiatives that drive against our channel priorities, developing detailed project plans that lead to improvements in our business

* Manage ongoing customer development, sales analytics and forecasting needs, and in store execution

* Be a thought-partner to the team, sharing insights and expertise across departments to aid in current and future definition of our strategy for a channel

**This should describe you:**

* You have 2-4+ years of work with client facing experience (preferably in the retail or consumer products field)

**Here's who you'll work with:**

* You will report to the Director of Retail Sales

* You'll work closely with retail partners (Buyers, Category Managers, Marketing), agencies and Harrys teams (including Brand, Sales Strategy, Demand Planning, Distribution, R&D, Design, and Retail Ops) to bring the brand to life at retail partners and fulfill the retailers needs
