The Role

I am currently seeking an individual to fulfil the role of a Sales Manager/Director for an industry leading Personal Care Contract Manufacturer.

This is a remote opportunity, with approximately 20% travel to New York/Chicago/Other client USA states.

Essential requirements

• Personal Care and/or Home Care Contract manufacturing background essential - Baby Wipes/Facial Wipes/Unit dose highly admirable.
• Be able to hit aggressive targets, hunting mentality, experience managing strong book of business.
• Experience employed by, or working with, targeted accounts and/or manufacturers.
• Have strong established network in USA territories.
• 3-10 years Personal Care experience.

Essential Personality

• Someone who is a leader, a confident character.
• A good communicator, be able to close deals.
• Able to collaborate and remove cross-functional obstacles to close business.
