Alaant Workforce Solutions is recruiting a Sales Executive for our client's growing sales team in Johnstown, NY.
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our team, from cultivating leads to forging strong partnerships with manufacturers and contract manufacturers. Hours and Benefits for the Sales Executive role:
- Monday Friday
- The salary is between $65,000 - $85,000 base, OTE $90,000 -$110,000 w/no cap.

What you will do in the Sales Executive role:
- You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
- Engage in pre-qualifying discussions with prospects, whether over the phone, via video conference, or face-to-face.
- Deep dive into research to target potential accounts geared to the targeted industries.
- Maintain and build solid relationships with prospective accounts.
- Robust documentation in the CRM system
- Attend tradeshows and networking events that build brand awareness.
What we are looking for in the Sales Executive role:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least three years of sales/prospecting experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience in the Contract Manufacturing industry is a plus!
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in email communication, LinkedIn, and other modern sales tools
- Experienced in collaborating across departments and workflows.
- Must be able to attend networking events regionally and in the community.
