Salary - 180-250K Base + Commission + Equity

Hybrid - 2/3 days a week in NYC office

The role:

This role involves overseeing the enterprise salesforce at the New York office. Its primary objective is to sustain and accelerate robust growth through individual contributions and team execution.

  • The ideal candidate is a natural leader, coach, and networker possessing a consultative and commercial mindset, thriving in a dynamic, diverse, and entrepreneurial setting. As a pivotal member of the North American Team, this individual will significantly contribute to shaping momentum and team ethos.
  • This position is based at their New York office, reflecting a hybrid work model that values in-person collaboration. Remote roles are not offered.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand a Sales Team in New York, reporting to the Head of Sales, to achieve growth targets and capture demand across segments and industries;
  • Engage in major strategic deals, managing executive relationships, and facilitating deal closures;
  • Play a key role in the Sales Management Team, collaborating with counterparts in Account Management, Marketing, Sales, and Product to advance our mission in NA;
  • Be a proactive and empathetic catalyst for change, promoting unique selling points while offering fresh insights on scaling operations.

Your Profile:

  • A seasoned leader (with over 4 years of leadership experience) adept at scaling sales organizations;
  • A background in the payments industry or related partnerships is essential;
  • Extensive experience in an Enterprise B2B context with long sales cycles (6-18 months), requiring a high-touch, consultative approach;
  • Proficient in nurturing senior executive relationships at major Enterprise prospects and driving deal closures;
  • Data-driven decision-making skills coupled with hands-on sales approach and qualitative success metrics;
  • Pragmatic, energetic, with a creative deal-making mindset, leading and supporting the team actively;
  • Empathetic leader capable of driving change while maintaining a firm stance on change management.
