Orama are proud to be working exclusively with a start-up redefining the Fraud Prevention and Secure Payments space . This is a Series A, which raised over $15m in funding from some of the leading VCs within the ecosystem.

What are they doing?

  • The Tech: Their technology combines the latest cybersecurity advances with those of Artificially Intelligence to protect the enterprise from cyber or fraud risk across the entire payment lifecycle. Their biggest focus is on building out their Sales hub in New York.

Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Hybrid Role - 3 days in the Office - Manhattan, New York

Salary: $80,000-$110,000 OTE

The Role:

  • Come in as one of the first SDRs globally, reporting directly to the VP of Sales
  • Prospecting potential customers, conducting thorough research to align our value proposition, tailoring messages to prospects, and generating top-notch new business meetings.
  • Taking charge of outbound and inbound activities for enterprise customer prospecting, reaching out through email, social media, and phone calls to assess prospects and schedule meetings.
  • Collaborating with the Account Executives you're aligned with, devising strategies to break into new accounts.
  • Owning your business and sales targets, with the ability to report your results to stakeholders you reap what you sow!
  • Receiving ongoing coaching and development, with managers aiding in refining your skills and approach to calls, ultimately enhancing our service to its customers.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales-oriented roles, including B2B sales, marketing, and/or lead generation. (SaaS sales in Cyber Security AND/OR FinTech is a big plus)
  • Sales Methodology like MEDDIC/MEDPICC,CoM.
  • Exposure to customer service.
  • Eagerness and aptitude for quickly grasping technical concepts.
  • Aspiration to build a successful career in sales and business development.
  • Proficiency in concise and professional written and verbal communication, including email and LinkedIn outreach, and telephone communication.
