We are a seeking Sales Assistants to join our relaxed and friendly team in our YouBoat Marine Chandlery based at Premier Marina ,Swanwick. This is fora fixed-term seasonal contract until the end of August or September with great benefits: Product training will be provided, generous staff discount and uniform provided.
Our Sales Assistants are the key people in our stores; the first point contact with our customers. Youll be an important part of the store team!
For this position we will consider both **full time** and **part time** applicants. Please confirm your preference at application. The working hours are 7:45am to 5.45pm on a variable shift pattern. Both full-time and part-time roles will include working weekends and bank holidays.
**Your day will involve**
* Providing fantastic Customer Service
* Selling products for use on boats and providing product advice
* Assisting with the deliveries of stock
* Replenishing the shelves
* Cleaning and maintaining displays
**About you**

**Ideally you will have**
* Previous retail or customer service experience.
* An interest in sports and/or outdoor pursuits, particularly sailing, would be highly beneficial but not necessary.
This role will require the successful applicant to work weekends and bank holidays on a variable shift pattern.
This position would be suitable for someone with experience across Marine, Sailing, Boating, and have worked as a Retail Assistant, Sales Assistant, Receptionist, Administration, Shop Assistant, Sales Administrator, Store Assistant.
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 38 per week
