We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Advisor / Brand Ambassador to join our E-Mobility team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating consistent face-to-face conversations with prospective customers to promote and sell the E-Mobility program in various settings like car dealerships, EV charging hubs, community events, supermarkets, etc. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; must be 18 years of age or older.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and enroll them in company's E-Mobility program.
- Achieve and maintain team and individual performance metrics while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Demonstrate consistent and dependable performance in meeting program results.
- Maintain a professional and accountable approach to work, ensuring reliability in all interactions with customers and team members.
- Apply a high level of program knowledge and utilize collateral tools to explain program benefits and the enrollment process.
- Provide comprehensive feedback on the depth and quality of customer engagement and the effectiveness of marketing collateral within the scope of business objectives.
- Ensure consistent upkeep of designated E-Mobility merchandise displays, guaranteeing a seamless and appealing customer experience.
- Abide by site rules and regulations, establishing strong, trusted relationships with site hosts.
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
Additional Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Abilities:
- 1-3 years of sales or prior customer-facing experience preferred, or other applicable work experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, both in person and during follow-up.
- Must be able to work independently and multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding and usage of technology.
- Ability to work effectively both as an individual and a member of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for hours at a time, with occasional lifting required as appropriate to perform duties and responsibilities.
Working Conditions:
- Working onsite at assigned location(s) or event(s) within Service Area.
- Position requires commuting to and from NYC (5 boroughs) and Westchester.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of evenings and weekends. Expected 40 hours/week.
