Job Overview - Construction Safety Director

The Atlantic Group is representing a Construction Safety Director opportunity with significant growth potential. Our client is a respected general construction company with a strong presence in healthcare and education projects. As the Construction Safety Director, you will oversee site visits and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Join us in this dynamic role and contribute to the success of our client's projects.

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 + bonus + car allowance

Location: Delaware County, PA - Onsite

Responsibilities as the Construction Safety Director:

  • Oversee and enhance the existing safety program
  • Implement improvements to elevate safety standards
  • Conduct thorough on-site safety audits
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and protocols
  • Apply experience in managing safety on occupied sites
  • Prioritize healthcare project safety requirements
  • Take a proactive and assertive approach
  • Ensure all sites adhere to safety guidelines under your supervision

Requirements for the Construction Safety Director:

  • Bachelor s in Safety, Construction, or related area
  • 5+ years of safety management experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing healthcare or higher education projects
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
