Our client is a respected general construction company with a strong presence in healthcare and education projects. As the Construction Safety Director, you will oversee site visits and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Compensation: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 + bonus + car allowance

Location: Delaware County, PA - Onsite

Responsibilities as the Construction Safety Director:

• Oversee and enhance the existing safety program
• Implement improvements to elevate safety standards
• Conduct thorough on-site safety audits
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and protocols
• Apply experience in managing safety on occupied sites
• Prioritize healthcare project safety requirements
• Take a proactive and assertive approach
• Ensure all sites adhere to safety guidelines under your supervision

Requirements for the Construction Safety Director:

• Bachelor s in Safety, Construction, or related area
• 5+ years of safety management experience
• 5+ years of experience managing healthcare or higher education projects
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
