A financial services firm in New York City is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their Marketing team as their new RFP Manager. In this role, the RFP Manager will be responsible for will owning and overseeing the firm's RFP response process from end to end. Responsibilities:The RFP Manager will:
- Work closely with Advisors and other cross-functional experts to manage the response process, populate responses, manage timelines and ensure timely submission
- Streamline and improve the RFP process and the utilization of the RFP database
- Consistently organize, update, and create new content for our RFP library and align existing responses with the firm's vision, value proposition, and differentiators
- Monitor and track RFP win rates, metrics and insights
- Manage and track the new business approval process
- Utilize the firm's CRM system (Salesforce) to track and routinely report on new and lost prospect data for Management and the Board
- Assist with pulling and analyzing internal data for business strategy reports
- Manage and track new leads coming from third-party databases (e.g., Pitchbook)
- Proactively monitor and maintain systems to ensure data integrity
- Document processes and training for the Business Development and Marketing Teams
- Draft content for marketing collateral, and review, edit and proof prospect presentations (PPT) and proposals
- Edit and proof whitepaper/thought leadership articles as needed
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in RFP management
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with RFP management software
- Strong understanding of the Wealth Management industry, including investment products and services and strong focus on impact investing
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
